Cancellation Policy

There is a 50% fee for no-show appointments. You will also need to prepay for your next service if you no-show an appointment. Please let me know if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. At this time I am waiving my cancellation policy if you or someone in your household feel sick or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. My cancellation policy is 50% of your booked service fee for cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we will need to reschedule your appointment. Appointments that are unconfirmed 24-hours before the appointment may be canceled.
