There is a 50% fee for no-show appointments. You will also need to prepay for your next service if you no-show an appointment. My cancellation policy is 50% of your booked service fee for cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we will need to reschedule your appointment. Appointments that are unconfirmed 24-hours before the appointment may be canceled.
